1. Appointment of Dr. Archana Hingorani (Woman Director) as Non-Executive Nominee Director in terms of approval of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting which was required under Government of India, Consolidated FDI Policy dated May 12, 2015 (as amended from time to time);
2. Noting of resignation of Mr. Krishna Kumar P.T. Gangadharan from directorship of the company.
3. The withdrawal from directorship candidature by Mr. M.G. Azhar and Ms. Nandita Agarwal Parker. |
