| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Cyber Media India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2013, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Pradeep Gupta as Chairman and Managing Director, in accordance with Schedule XIII of the Companies Act, 1956 for the tenure of three year starting w.e.f. March 01, 2013. The said re-appointment has been made subject to the approval of shareholders. There will be no change in the constitution of Company’s Board of Directors as a consequence of this decision. |
