1. Declaration of Interim Dividend @ Re.1/- (Rupee One Only) per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2013-14.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. M. P. Ramachandran as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years w.e.f. April 01, 2014 subject to approval of shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting. |
