| Exchange Disseminated Time | Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed BSE that with reference to the above subject and subsequent to Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on January 28, 2016, wherein the members had approved the resolution, change in name of the Company. Consequent upon the approval by the members, the Company had applied to Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana for change in name from “Visesh Infotecnics Limited'’ to “MPS Infotecnics Limited”.
Further, the change in name of the Company has also been approved by Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana and have issued a fresh certificate of Incorporation. The present name of the Company i.e. MPS Infotecnics Limited is effective from February 12, 2016. |
