| Exchange Disseminated Time | Times Guaranty Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2006 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2006 together with the Directors Report and Auditors Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Ranjan Garg and Mr. D N Shukla as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Haribhakti & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
