| Exchange Disseminated Time | Asian Hotels (East) Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 23, 2014 to July 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 30, 2014.
Further, the Company has informed that June 20, 2014 will be the cut off date for the purpose of offering e-voting facility to Company's members in respect of the business to be transacted at the 7th Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
