In connection with the above, as per the Company's code of conduct and code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from August 24, 2016 to September 03, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all employees and designated persons. |
