| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vardhman Spinning & General Mills Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on February 11, 2006, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To change in name of the Company from "Vardhman Spinning & General Mills Ltd" to "Vardhman Holdings Ltd", and the consequential alteration in the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company.
2. Alteration in Clause III-Object of the Memorandum of Association by deleting the existing Sub-clauses (1) to (6) relating to the textile business and inserting the new Sub-clause (1). |
