| Exchange Disseminated Time | Century Plyboards (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on May 06, 2014. However, the Financial Results could not be placed before the meeting as the same were not ready. This was due to technical disruption caused in company's server/ ERP system.
The meeting has thus been adjourned and will be held on May 10, 2014 at 1.00 P.M. to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 and dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2013-14.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would now re-open on May 12, 2014 instead of May 08, 2014. |
