Further, in compliance with the Company’s 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window will remain closed from July 20, 2016 and will be opened after passing of 48 hours of conclusion of the Board Meeting in which unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 shall be approved. |
