| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 08, 2013 regarding Outcome of Committee Meeting held on May 08, 2013, Den Networks Ltd has now submitted to BSE the revised Outcome of Committee Meeting held on May 08, 2013, as follows :
"The Securities Issue Committee of the Company (the "Committee") has, by a resolution dated May 08, 2013, approved the issuance of 1,24,66,321 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 217.50 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 207.50 per Equity Share), aggregating Rs. 2711.42 million, to Qualified Institutional Buyers, pursuant to Chapter VIII of the SEBI Regulations. Further the Company has informed that, the Committee has also passed necessary resolutions fixing the Issue Closing Date for the said Placement as being May 08, 2013 and approving the Placement Document in this regard." |
