Pursuant to the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that today i.e. May 5, 2017, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ('the Company'), has issued and allotted 3,54,044 (Three Lakh Fifty Four Thousand and Forty Four only) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 84,86,25,648 divided into 42,43,12,824 Equity Shares of face value INR 2/- each.
