1. To consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 along with the statement of Assets & Liabilities as prescribed under Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.
2. To consider the Limited Review Report for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.
