| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/09/2016 19:16:34 | Quasar India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 02, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following;
1. Take note of the resignation of Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of tine Company with effect from August 08, 2016. Pursuant to Regulation 6 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Mr. Sachin Chandrakant Gawand will act the Compliance Officer of the Company till the appointment of new Company Secretary.
2. Board considered and approved the Director's Report along with all its enclosures and authorized any of the Directors to issue the notice convening Annual General meeting of the Company.
3. Appointed Ms. Rachna Bhasin, Company Secretary in practice as the Scrutinizer for submission of Scrutinizer's Report. |
