| Exchange Disseminated Time | Khaitan (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2014 to September 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 77th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2014.
As per Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rule 2014, the Company will be providing to members facility to exercise their right through e-voting. The voting period will begin on September 22, 2014 to September 24, 2014 from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.(Both days inclusive). |
