3. Considered Policy on Preservation of Documents, Archival Policy u/s 9 & 30(8) of LODR Regulation 2015.
4. Considered Policy for disclosure of event/information and determination of the materiality.
5. Renewal of following Banking Facilities:
(i) Kotak Mahindra Bank - renewal of facilities - 300 millions
(ii) Bill Discounting Facilities - Shinhan Bank, Mumbai - upto Rs.100 Crores |
