1. The Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter & Nine Months ended December 31, 2015 ;
2. To consider and approve the Re-appointment of Shri Ashish Bajaj as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Superpack Division of the Company Under Section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013;
3. To consider, approve and authorise the execution of Uniform Listing Agreement pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015, amongst other businesses.
4. To consider and approve the appointment of M/s. Siddharth Sipani & Associates, Company Secretaries, Nagpur as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year ended 2015-16. |
