| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hilton Metal Forging Ltd has informed BSE that trading in equity shares of the Company during the period of Closure of Trading Window is prohibited for all the designated employees (including Directors) on account of Board meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on February 11, 2016 for adoption of Unaudited Financial Results for 3rd Quarter ended December 31, 2015.
Further, the trading window shall remain closed from February 04, 2015 to February 15, 2015 (both days inclusive).
