1. Section 17 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956 authority to insert new object in the Clause III for the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
2. Section 21 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956 authority for change in name of the Company.
3. Section 17 & 146(2) and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956 for authority for shifting of registered office of the Company from one state to another state. |
