Indo Thai Securities Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Shareholders approval taken by passing Special Resolution through Postal Ballot process vide Postal Ballot Notice dated August 09, 2014 and result was declared on September 27, 2014; The Company’s proposed Registered & Corporate Office located at “2nd Floor, Plot Nos. 169A-170-171, PU-4, Scheme No. 54, Indore, Madhya Pradesh” is ready for operations. Thus, Inauguration Ceremony of such office is scheduled for September 06, 2015. The date of commencement of operations from such office premises will be decided by Board of Directors and intimation of the same will be given in due course.
