| Exchange Disseminated Time | FGP Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.
Further, Pursuant to Company’s Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (the Code) adopted as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities shall remain closed from January 30, 2016 till closure of Company’s business hours on February 11, 2016 (both days Inclusive) and shall re-open on February 12, 2016.
