| Exchange Disseminated Time | Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2015 alongwith note of the Limited Review Report for the said period.
Further, with reference to the Code of Conduct of the Company formed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives from February 01, 2016 and shall remain closed till forty-eight hours after the information becomes generally available. |
