    2. The Board has designated Mr. Neeraj Kanagat as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.

    3. The Board has accepted the resignation of Shri P. R. Jindal and Ms Sminu Jindal form the directorship of the Company w.e.f. August 12, 2016.
