- To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
However, the Audited Financial for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 could not be approved due to few clarifications and information sought by the Independent Director on Financial Results which could not be provided immediately. Hence, this Board of Directors meeting has been adjourned to May 30, 2016, at 2.00 P.M. with the consent of all the directors. |
