| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2014, inter alia, recommended a Dividend of Rs.3.50 per equity share of Rs.10/- each (@ 35%) to the shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2014 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Upon approval of the shareholders of the company at the AGM, the dividend declared will be paid within 30 days of the declaration and the date of payment of dividend will be intimated in due course. |
