| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sentinel Tea and Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider the following resolutions, by way of Postal Ballot :
1. Appointment of Mr. Abraham Itty Ipe, as Manager for a period of 3 years, with effect from January 18, 2011 on remuneration, terms & conditions.
2. Change in Name of the Company from 'Sentinel Tea and Exports Ltd' to 'STEL Holding Ltd' and consequential amendment in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
3. Alteration of the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association by substituting the present Main Object Clause III (A) 1).
The Company has appointed CS. Jayan K;, Partner, SVJS & Associates, Company Secretaries, as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process.
The postal ballot form should reach to the scrutinizer before the close of working hours on or before July 01, 2011. The scrutinizer will submit report to Mr. Sunil Bhandari, Director of the Company after completion of scrutiny. The result of the voting by postal ballot will be announced on July 04, 2011. |
