| Exchange Disseminated Time 08/10/2015 17:01:24 | Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to take place on October 17, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results (UFR) of Company alongwith Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the second Quarter ended September 30, 2015.
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company, the Trading Window of Company shall remain closed for 2 working days prior to the date of the Board Meeting viz. October 15, 2015 to October 17, 2015 and 24 hours after the Board Meeting i.e. from October 18, 2015 to October 19, 2015 and trading in Shares of Company are fully prohibited during this period. |
