2. Appointed Ms. Roshni Dharmendrabhai Shah as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company in the place of Ms. Nirja Naresh Haria, Company Secretary.
3. Changed the composition of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee due to Resignation of Ms. Nirja Naresh Haria.
4. Appointed Ms. Roshni Dharmandrabhai Shah, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer as member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
