Sharedalal, Non Executive Independent Director, has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from April 01, 2017, due to his advanced age, vide his resignation letter dated March 31, 2017, which has been accepted by the Board of Directors vide circular resolution passed on March 31, 2017. The Board places on record their appreciation for the guidance and support provided by CA. Girish C. Sharedalal during his association with the Company as an Independent Director. Pursuant to Regulation 25 (6) of the Listing Regulations, the Company is not required to fill in the vacancy, caused due to the resignation of CA. Girish C. Sharedalal, as the Company already fulfills the requirement of Independent Directors on its Board of Directors. |
