Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Clause 7 of Hubtown Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (hereinafter referred to as the Code of Conduct), the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from February 01, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window will be opened on February 16, 2016. |
