"Since Financial Results of the quarter ended June 30, 2016 are supposed to be in compliance of Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 ('Ind-AS') and for Ind-AS compliant results SEBI, vide Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016, dated July 5, 2016 has granted additional time, till September 14, 2016, for submission of Financial Results for the said quarter.
Therefore, to submit Ind-AS compliant results for the said quarter the Board Meeting was postponed which was informed yesterday that “the Board Meeting to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 which was scheduled to be held on August 11, 2016 has been postponed to Friday, September 02, 2016"." |
