| Exchange Disseminated Time | Core Emballage Ltd has informed BSE that the Company became a SICK company in the year 2003 and as required under Sick Industrial (Special Provisions) Companies Act, 1985 (SICA) the Company made reference to Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction, (BIFR). The said reference was registered under Sr. No.:- 227/2003.
Considering the financial result for the year ended on March 31, 2005, BIFR was satisfied that the Net Worth of the company has become positive and no longer company remains a sick company as defined under section 3(1)(o) of SICA. Accordingly the Board (BIFR) on December 12, 2005 passed an order discharging the company from the purview of SICA as sick company. |
