Amora Ceramics Private Limited, which proposes to set up a greenfield manufacturing plant at Morbi, Gujarat to produce about 3.8 million square meters of ceramics wall tiles per annum.
Upon occurrence of event i.e. Investment/Acquistion of Shares of M/s. Amora Ceramics Private Limited the relevant information required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Regulations) read with SEBI Ciruclar No CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 shall be intimated accordingly.
