| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shakti Pumps India Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from September 10, 2014 to September 18, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Issue of Preferential Warrants/ Equity Shares/ Optional Convertible Instruments/ Non-convertible Debt Instruments/ Convertible Securities/ Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares, if any for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
The 'Trading window' shall reopen for dealing in securities in the Equity shares of the Company from the start of the business hours on September 19, 2014. |
