| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shyam Telecom Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 29, 2008, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results along with Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2008 amongst other business.
Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Vinod Juneja, would be appointed as an Additional Independent Director on the Board of the Company in this ensuing Board Meeting.
The Company shall be calling the 15 Annual General Meeting of the Company and fixing the date of Book Closure Record date in the Scheduled Board Meeting. |
