| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier Announcement dated June 23, 2011 about Corrigendum to the Public Announcement on an Open Offer to the equity shareholders of Mudra Lifestyle Ltd ("Target Company") by E-Land Fashion China Holdings, Ltd ("Acquirer"), SBI Capital Markets Ltd ("Manager to the Open Offer") has informed BSE as under:
The Corrigendum to the Public Announcement ("PA") was published on June 07, 2011.
In the aforementioned corrigendum; Paragraph A (c) of the corrigendum erroneously states that "As on the date of the LOF, the Emerging Voting Capital as mentioned in paragraph 34 of the PA is the same as the Existing Voting Capital i.e. Rs. 479,904,960/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Seventy-Nine Million Nine Hundred and Four Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety only) pursuant to the preferential allotment".
The said paragraph should be read as "As on the date of the LOF, the Emerging Voting Capital as mentioned in paragraph 34 of the PA is the same as the Existing Voting Capital i.e. Rs. 479,904,690/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Seventy-Nine Million Nine Hundred and Four Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety only) pursuant to the preferential allotment". |
