2. Shri V Ganesan, Deputy General Manager, Indian Bank nominated by Indian Bank for appointment as Director has been co-opted as an Additional Director on the Board with effect from July 19, 2006.
3. Shri T R Chandrasekaran, Director (Nominee of Indian Bank), consequent to his retirement from the services of Indian Bank, has, vacated office as Director on the Board with effect from June 30, 2006 and the same has been taken on record by the Board on July 19, 2006. |
