| Exchange Disseminated Time | Marksans Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Seetharama Raju Buddharaju who was appointed a Director of the Company in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. M.B. Parikh, has ceased to be a Director as such effective from the date of the 21st Annual General Meeting i.e. September 26, 2013.
Further, be informed that the Shareholders have, at the 21st Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2013, appointed Mr. Seetharama Raju Buddharaju as a Director of the Company liable to retire by rotation with effect from September 26, 2013. |
