| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/05/2016 12:33:46 | Taj Gvk Hotels & Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 13, 2016 inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 05, 2016 to May 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) inter alia for the purpose of announcement of the Audited Financial results of the Company.
The trading window shall open from May 16, 2016. |
