| Exchange Disseminated Time | PVP Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adopted the audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2009, the Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended on that date and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Approved re-appointment of Mr. R. Nagarajan, Director retiring by rotation.
3. Approved re-appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors of the Company, till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
