| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/10/2016 14:22:38 | JMD Telefilms Industries Ltd has informed BSE that company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter ended on September 30, 2016 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from November 03, 2016 till November 15, 2016 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on November 10, 2016 to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from November 03, 201 6 till November 15, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
