| Exchange Disseminated Time | Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Bank on April 07, 2016 has granted 48,000 equity stock options of the face value of Rs. 10 each ("options") under the YBL JESOP V plan at a price of Rs. 834.05 each to the eligible employees of the Bank.
Vesting of the option under YBL JESOP V scheme is as under:
- 50% of the equity stock options will vest at the end of third year from the grant date; and
- 50% of the equity stock options will vest at the end of fifth year from the grant date
These above options shall expire, if not exercised within ten years from the grant date.
The options granted as above are in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014. |
