| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mirc Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 01, 2014 to September 03, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 03, 2014.
Pursuant to provision of Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rules made thereof and Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement the Company is providing E-voting facility to its members holding shares as on August 22, 2014 being the cut off date to exercise their rights to vote by electronic means on all resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM through e voting facilitated by Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSIL). Evoting shall commence on August 28, 2014 (9.00 a.m.) and ends on August 30, 2014 (6.00 p.m.). |
