1. to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
2. to fix the date, time & venue of the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
3. to fix the Book Closure period in connection with the ensuing AGM and payment of Dividend.
4. to approve the Directors Report for the FY ended March 31, 2016 and Notice convening the AGM.
In this connection, as per the Company’s Code on Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from August 03, 2016, to August 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
