| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jindal Strips Ltd informs BSE that the Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh has approved the Scheme of Arrangement & Demerger vide which the Stainless Steel Undertaking of the company would be transferred to Jindal Stainless Ltd wef April 1, 2002. The said scheme of Arrangement & Demerger would enable Jindal Stainless Ltd a focussed Stainless Steel Company.
The Punjab & Haryana High Court has also approved the scheme of Arrangement amongst Jindal Strips Ltd, Jindal Stainless Ltd, the bondholders and their respective shareholders.
