| Exchange Disseminated Time | RattanIndia Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that on May 30, 2015, the Company, has issued and allotted an aggregate of 5,58,11,832 (Five Crore Fifty Eight Lacs Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Two) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, against conversion of an equivalent number of warrants.
Consequent to the said issuance and allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 265,29,15,520/- divided into 132,64,57,760 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 276,45,39,184/- divided into 138,22,69,592 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each. |
