| Exchange Disseminated Time 06/02/2017 17:54:32 | Tulsyan NEC Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 along with limited review report of Auditors.
In this regard, as required by SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the company will be closed for all Directors and employees of the Company from February 07, 2016 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2017 to the public (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, all directors and employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
