| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/10/2015 19:06:10 | Genesys International Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has granted 10,00,000 Options to its eligible employees, in terms of the Company's ESOP Scheme- 2010 at its meeting held October 21, 2015. One stock option grant represents one equity share of Rs. 5/- each of the Company. The stock option shall vest in the employees in three tranches i.e. end of one year, two years and after three years from the date of grant.
The above Options were granted at an exercise price of Rs.26.00 per equity share, which is 65.54% discount to the closing price of Rs.75.45 of Company's equity share on the National Stock Exchange of India on October 20, 2015. |
