Consequent to the appointment of Mr. Ashutosh Kulkarni as Company Secretary and Compliance officer Mr. Ajay Joshi Chief Financial Officer who was appointed during intervening period as a Compliance Officer will cease to act as a Compliance Officer under Clause 47 (a) of the Listing Agreement. |
