| Exchange Disseminated Time 17/10/2015 11:40:37 | Ashika Credit Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review report thereon for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 along with Statement of Assets & Liabilities for the half year ended on September 30, 2015.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (ACCL Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Purities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the close of the trading hours on October 16, 2015 till October 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the renouncement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per ACCL Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
